We accept replacement or refund requests for defective items within 30 days of purchase. If your request is made after 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We do not entertain returns or exchanges for a ‘change of heart.’

​The refund will only be processed upon verification of the manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
